The Aluxor VS
Aluxor’s external sunscreen systems block solar rays before they reach windows so providing the most effective solution to reducing the internal room temperature from the sun.
The Aluxor VS is a vertical screen awning in an extruded aluminium cassette 113mm x 126mm designed to protect the fabric bundle when retracted. The Screen can extend to 5 metres wide and 3 metres high, making it ideal to shade large glass spans. For larger areas, units can be coupled up to 20 metres wide.
The screen is available with either guide rails or tensioned stainless steel side cables. The system is supplied as manual or motorised.
The Aluxor VS is available in a selection of powdercoat colours and a variety of fabrics to compliment the awning.

Fabric Conservatory Awnings

The Sundream Conservatory Awning is especially designed for mounting above glass roofs or pergolas, to stop sun and heat before they reach the interior of your home or business.
It is a highly versatile and robust awning which runs in sturdy aluminium guide tracks that are designed for durability and maintenance free operation.
The front bar is driven by powerful tie rods with the guide pulleys being made from high strength synthetic resin. The guided motion prevents the front bar from getting jammed or snapping out of the guide rails so ensuring a safe operation.
The roller bar has two heavy duty spring units that are increasingly loaded while the awning extends so that the cover is always being kept under stress, ensuring it rolls in and out smoothly.
The design allows for a variable 'steer around' function to enable the awning to turn corners of up to 90 degrees.
Awnings can extend to 6.5 metres wide and 6.5 metres in projection (limited to a total of 39 metres2) with coupled units extending up to 24 metres wide to a total of 120 metres2. All awnings are motorised and powdercoated to your choice of colour.

The Aluxor Pivot Arm Cassette
The Aluxor Pivot Arm Cassette is a projection window awning. The arms are stretched by the spring system to a maximum inclination of 155° giving stability in windy conditions.
It is constructed from high quality extruded aluminium with the cassette size being 113mm high x 126mm deep. The single unit can be up to 5 metres wide with projections of 0.8 metres to 1.5 metres depending on the width and type of fabric. The system is supplied as manual or motorised.
Where a cassette pivot arm is not required, for example, under eaves, the Voss Robb Pivot Arm System is an economical alternative.
The Aluxor Pivot Arm is available in a selection of powdercoat colours and a variety of fabrics to compliment the awning.

During manufacture LUXAFLEX® canvas is treated with DURAGUARDT fabric protection. This ensures our fabric is durable, easy to clean and longer lasting.
DURAGUARDT effectively repels stains with its proven water based stain repelling formula. When liquids that stain come into contact with the treated canvas fabric, the liquid forms beads on the surface and simply rolls off the fabric.

The Olympian is a compact, fully enclosed cassette awning that is 120mm high and 204mm deep when retracted. Using the Secuflex 50 single cable PVC coated spring mechanism this lighter weight design is ideal for less exposed residential applications, such as a small terrace courtyard or apartment block balconies, in sizes up to 5 metres wide and 2.5 metres in projection as a wall fix or top fix installation.

The Polyresin compound used to make the LUXAFLEX NEWSTYLE® Polyresin Shutter is colour fast with UV stabilizers designed for strength and durability, yet retains a special warmth and feel. The shutter will not warp, shrink, chip, peel, or fade and will never need painting making it suitable for inside & outside your home. The colour is a permanent finish resistant to dents and scratches. Should a scratch occur, it can be removed without harming the finish.
Available in a modern colour range and manufactured in Australia the LUXAFLEX NEWSTYLE® Polyresin Shutter is also kind to the environment with More than 95% of the Polyresin production waste can be granulated and recycled. Due to the longevity of the product's performance it will last longer than other alternative products, requiring less energy resources for replacements.

Toga (Semi Cassette)
The Toga is a fully retractable awning system with a semi-enclosed extruded aluminium outer cassette that provides protection against dirt and corrosion. The cassette size is 210mm high and 185mm deep when retracted and it's contemporary, unobtrusive design makes the Toga ideal for homes.
Single units of up to 7 metres in length by 4 metres in projection are available and coupled units can extend up to 14 metres as a single awning. The Toga uses a wall fix or top fix installation system.
As well as standard applications the Toga also can be adapted to incorporate our special ‘Oversquare’ design whereby the awning can project to a distance that is greater than its width. This offers a smart way to squeeze a deep projection into a narrow space such as courtyards in inner city housing. When the Oversquare feature is used a fabric valance replaces the bottom section of the aluminium fascia.
The unit can be operated manually or can be motorised with optional sun, wind and timer systems.
